Today I have my favorite class of the week, coffe talk. It is exactly what it sounds like. We talk about coffee. And drink it. Amazing. In class this afternoon, we will be over at Scooter’s coffehouse listening to how different brewing processes work, and the procedure of how the bean becomes coffee!
Awesome class. If it is offered next year, I highly recommed taking it!
