I am officially a Business Systems Analyst Intern for Flint Hills Resources. It is a whirlwind of emotions, excited for achieving a great job and a new opportunity, nervousness because of the unknown and sad because my lackadaisical summers are gone. Hopefully it will turn out to be a wonderful and enlightening experience and settle my nerves about a fulltime job in IT. Luckily I will have a couple friends going through it at the same time.

But thanks to my advisor and my professors I have made it through the last interviews with KOCH Industries. I am waiting on a letter from them this week to see if I will be offered an internship with them this coming summer. If this falls through there are many more opportunities that my advisor has brought to my attention but this one would top them all. So keep your fingers crossed.
